The following is a case of coral rash. This happened to a 20 plus year old girl while swimming at sea.
The case started as follows.
The doctor put her on antihistamines and sent her home.
What happened next
Things started to get worse
Second doctor put her on antibiotics and plasters.
The lesions started increasing in size and spread to the face. Third doctor put her on antifungals.
By this time the family was panicking and the case was refered to us.
